Today being the 14th day of may 2016 Girl's secondary school awka witnessed their price giving ceremony day. On the event was many activities performs such as welcome song, cutting of cake, cultural dance, and many more.
Hon. Chikodili Nnoyelu who was the chairman Awka south local government was over joyed over the good performance of the student, she was happy on a student who was the overall best in English, mathematics and Igbo by the name enukorah esther in jss3 from awka south ward and the chairman gave her one year schoalarship, the event was a successful event.
