NAF redeployed officers.
The redeployment is aimed at ensuring that the NAF is effectively manned for operational efficiency and effectiveness in line with the vision of the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Baba Abubakar
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has redeployed 12 officers of Air Rank comprising 10 Air Vice Marshals (AVM) and 2 Air Commodores (Air Cdre).
This was contained in a statement published on its officialpage.
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has redeployed 12 officers of Air Rank comprising 10 Air Vice Marshals (AVM) and 2 Air Commodores (Air Cdre).
Those affected by the new deployment include:
1. AVMs Auwal Muhammed as Air Officer Commanding Tactical Air Command (AOC TAC) Makurdi.
2. Emmanuel Agwungwu as Air Officer Commanding Mobility Command (AOC MC) Yenagoa.
3. Nurudeen Balogun as Air Officer Commanding Training Command (AOC TC) Kaduna.
4. Sani Ahmed as Air Officer Commanding Logistics Command (AOC LC), Lagos.
5. AVMs Wakili Ahmed as Director of Policy, Headquarters Nigerian Air Force.
6. Uko Ebong as College Secretary, National Defence College, Abuja.
7. Emmanuel Akogu as Commandant Air War College, Makurdi.
8. Benjamin Nweze as Director of Electronic Warfare, Defence Headquarters (DHQ).
9. Olusoji Amomodu appointed Director of Plans (HQ NAF).
10. Isiaka Amao as Director of Operations (HQ NAF).
The 2 Air Commodores are:
11. Dahiru Sanda appointed Deputy Director Transformation (DHQ).
12. Ibrahim Lawal appointed Commander 33
The redeployment, as a routine exercise, is aimed at ensuring that the NAF is effectively manned for operational efficiency and effectiveness in line with the vision of the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Baba Abubakar.
Information recalls that NAF had in February redeployed 66 senior officers, comprising 22 Air Vice Marshals (AVM), 34 Air Commodores (Air Cdre), 7 Group Captains (Gp Capt) and 3 Wing Commanders (Wg Cdr).
