Identical twins identified as Rev Paul Eberechukwu Onele and Rev Peter Uchechukwu Onele, are set to be ordained Catholic Priests in Imo years after they began their journey to priesthood. The identical twins will be ordained as Catholic Priests by His Lordship, Most Rev. Mathew Kwasi Gyamfi, the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Sunyani, Ghana at St Anthony Mary Claret parish Owerri, Imo state on July 13.
It was further gathered that their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Godwin Onele from Nkaliki Unuhu, Abakaliki LGA of Ebonyi state are said to be super proud of their boys and feel blessed to watch them dedicate their lives to the service of God.
This is coming after it was reported that identical twin brothers Francis and Corenlius Offia were ordained Catholic priests by the bishop of Nnewi diocese Rev. Hilary Odili Okeke. The twins performed their first mass as ordained priests at the St. Patrick's Catholic church Aguluzigbo. In attendance was former APGA chairman Senator Victor Umeh, who gifted them cars, congratulating them, as he wished them well on their religious journey.
